Speak Out Against Abuse in Relationships (SOAAR) is an educative initiative of Wimlah Refuge located in the Blue Mountains. Held on March 17th 2011, in Penrith at the Joan Sutherland Theatre (12pm-3:30pm) and in the Greenspace (4pm-6pm), This forum will address experiences of domestic violence and service response for people of diverse sex, sexuality and gender living in Western Sydney.
